Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has cleared. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Standard UK Delivery

Standard UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 with full tracking. Delivery usually takes approximately 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch.

Tracked 24 Delivery — UK Only

Royal Mail Tracked 24 includes full tracking and usually takes approximately 1–2 working days from the date of dispatch.

Next Day Delivery — UK Only

To qualify for Next Day Delivery, your order must be placed before 11:00 a.m. Monday to Thursday.

Next Day Delivery is unavailable on public holidays. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the following working day.

International Delivery

International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery.

Delivery usually takes approximately 5–14 working days from the date of dispatch. This includes deliveries to the United States, Canada and European countries.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or other circumstances beyond our control.

Some destinations, including South Africa and parts of the Middle East, may take several weeks to receive their orders.

International Lost Parcels

If an international parcel has not been delivered within six weeks of dispatch, please contact us at Safisra@outlook.com.

Where a parcel is confirmed as lost, a partial refund may be issued in accordance with the circumstances of the order.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom may be required to pay customs duties, taxes or other import charges when receiving their parcels.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility. Safisra is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities.

Tracking

Where tracking is included with the selected delivery service, tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to Royal Mail, customs processing, public holidays, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our control.
