Order Cancellations

Cancellation is not guaranteed because the order may already have been processed or dispatched before we receive and review the request.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. An order may therefore have been processed even if you have not yet received a dispatch notification.

If we receive and approve the cancellation before the order is processed, we will notify you and issue a refund.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has cleared.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, customs, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
